Financial Innovations has been the official licensed merchandise vendor from 1980-2008 for every Democratic National Convention, and Democratic Presidential candidate. They also served as the official merchandise vendor for both the 1997 and 2009 Presidential Inauguration.

For every visitor to DSCCstore.com, our web server does not recognize information regarding the domain or e-mail address. Our web server does collect information with regards to the type of web browser used, the referring URL to our site, details such as time of day and day of week you visited our site. This information does not include personal details on the website visitor such as e-mail address, etc.

Placing an Order

Our goal at DSCCstore.com is to provide you with quality products. We want to insure that placing an order with us is simply, secure and "pain free". To place an order, just follow these easy steps:

Select your product. Our store offers a variety of products. Simply browse through the appropriate category and click on the thumbnail image or provided test links. This will take you to the product description.

Enter quantity and "add to cart". Placing items into your shopping basket allows you to save your selection until you are ready to checkout.

Checkout. This is where you will be asked to supply your shipping and billing information so that your order may be finalized. You also be asked to select the shipping method for your order as well as the payment method you wish to use. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Return Policy

We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, merchandise will be accepted for exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply follow these three steps to ensure proper processing:

  • Call us at 1-800-788-2971 for authorization AND for the correct return address.

  • Repack item(s) in the original packaging and include a copy of the original packing slip.

  • Send your purchase back to the authorized address by any method you wish. Once the package has been received we will happily send you a replacement OR an alternate product, if you so choose.

All returns that are not due to an incorrect shipment or damaged/flawed merchandise will result in a 15% restocking fee.

We will be happy to assist you with any exchanges or replacements for items purchased through our online store. For exchanges of damaged or defective merchandise, we will credit you for the returned item upon receipt and send you a replacement with no additional shipping charges. Taxes

DSCCstore.com, by Financial Innovations, is required by law to remit taxes on all non-apparel orders shipped to Rhode Island.

Shipping

Most items leave our warehouse within 3-7 business days but may take up to 14 business days for delivery depending on UPS or USPS service selected during checkout. It is possible, if your order contains an item that is backordered, that your order may be delayed until it can ship complete.

Larger products may require shipping and handling charges in addition to normal shipping rates. Please reference product pages for information on specific items.
